The Envendos property comprises several items acquired between 2015 and 2016. Most of the area was initially made up of bush in an area frequently hit by forest fires. It was replanted with eucalyptus and an area of maritime pine was maintained at one end.

In 2017, the large-scale fires that occurred in this area left most of the neighboring properties completely destroyed. Within the limits of our property they burned a few meters but due to the effective management of the weeds on site, the impact was minimal.

This property has been rented since 2021 and its management is external.
